A complete 8-week service to help you achieve the family life you want with your children.

My 1-1 early years parenting service is to help you begin working towards the family life you desire. From understanding the dynamic and what is important in your family, I’ll begin helping you with coaching and strategy to help achieve that goal with your early years children.

The service begins with a questionnaire you need to submit first, which helps me understand your existing situation and what you would like to change. After I review the responses, if successful, you will receive a notification to confirm we are a good fit and ready to get going! From here, we start our series of the service with a 2 hour strategy call. From there, each call is a 1-hour session until the end of the service.

Have you ever found yourself thinking, ‘I wish that there was just someone I could speak to about my child’… without judgment. Preferably before school or nursery give you a call to discuss ‘an incident’. The thought of which fills you with fear and shame. But, with the regularity these incidents happen at home… this is inevitable.

Family life isn’t going as smoothly as you’d hoped. Maybe it’s your parenting style? Maybe it’s just your children’s personality? Either way, things feel tough right now. There are some problematic behaviours you’re observing from your children, and you know that your response isn’t helping, but equally you’re so stressed there feels like there is no other way to react in those moments. You know that there needs to be a change. But it’s multifaceted, where do you start? You’d like to create some deep rooted changes within your family dynamic.

Your child learns more in their first five years than any other point in their life.

This isn’t just academics, the first five years are powerful parenting opportunities to teach our children what love, respect and what it means to be part of society. By cultivating a relationship that is based on love and respect, you can begin to move away from parenting out of frustration, and move towards creating a relationship where you and your child feel understood.

I see you reading about ‘gentle parenting’, reading about the kind of parent you want to be. Discussing with your partner, the grandparents, so that you can try and make life easier and better for everyone. But then your child will do something that you think definitely can’t be met with ‘gentle parenting’. Ultimately there is a line where children have to know the difference between right and wrong. Plus, you don’t want other mums’ thinking you’re a flake who lets their child get away with everything…

You discuss gently approaching behaviour with family, but, it’s either to met with; ‘that’s all well and good but sometimes they just have to be told ”NO”’. or your ideas are only superficially taken onboard because when you return from the loo you find your child has been placed on the ‘step’.

So, you clench your bum and curl your toes. Others who care for your child are well meaning, but what you have read also tells you this approach is damaging for your child.

It’s like banging your head against a brick wall.

Do you ever just think, ”I can’t wait until they are seven, and we can just pack up and leave without carting all this stuff around, and without a tantrum”.
I’ve got news for you… that the day trip easy exit strategy isn’t gonna happen if you don’t understand your child’s behaviour now.

Do you know why you feel your child is constantly testing you?

Because society has told us that we should be able to ‘control our children’. That children should be ‘seen and not heard’, and if they’re not- ”go to your room”, ”wait until your father gets home”, or ”you’re grounded”.

AKA: Get smaller, hide yourself and your feelings until you numb yourself and show up in a way that society accepts you.

It’s time to let go of control, stop controlling our children based on years gone by of patriarchal parenting… not because I have new fandangled techniques to teach you, because I can support you to understand your child, and how to help them fulfill their potential and you can get deliberate, intentional and clear on the way you want to parent.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if; you understood why your child behaved the way they did and to understand why the parenting books you have read haven’t solved the problems they said that they would? Wouldn’t it be wonderful if you had specific tools and techniques just for your child, and have someone on hand to ask how to use these in all kinds of situations?

Imagine the clarity that you would feel knowing how your child is developing, what is taking place in their body and brain and knowing the right language, and actions will support them so that they feel safe and secure. Because when children feel those two things; safe and secure. That’s when they are able to reach their full potential, I can help you learn to support your child in this way.

If you’ve come this far and you’re thinking, I’m gonna wait, or try another book, the Audible credits are waiting for you anyway right?
There’s a more connected, calmer, clearer and more conscious relationship with your child waiting for you on the other side of this service. The longer you leave it, the more you stay stuck, second guessing, feeling stressed, wondering if you have dealt with things in the right way and you and your child are going to keep misunderstanding each other. It’s time to become conscious about who your child is and what kind of parent you choose to be.
